Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Manage cashier operations, including processing payments, refunds, and handling various payment methods accurately.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and ensure that shelves are properly stocked, organized, and price-tagged.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in restocking merchandise from the warehouse to the display area.
  • Monitor product expiry dates and implement First-In-First-Out (FIFO) practices.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively to maintain brand reputation.
  • Adhere to all safety, health, and store security protocols at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in English or other local dialects is an added advantage.
  • Possess a positive attitude, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Basic numeracy skills for cash handling and transaction recording.
  • Physically fit to handle store operational tasks such as lifting supplies and standing for extended periods.
