- Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming shopping experience upon entering the store.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, handle cash transactions, and process various payment methods.
- Restock shelves and display areas, ensuring products are well-organized, labeled, and facing forward.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in identifying stock shortages or damaged goods for reporting.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, including restrooms and fitting rooms.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM certificate or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with people from all backgrounds.
- A friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
