- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process sales transactions
- Monitor and maintain store inventory levels through systematic stock checks
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and merchandise displays are visually appealing
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the store
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales reports
- Collaborate with team members to optimize store operations
- Support in receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise deliveries
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic numeracy for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting merchandise (up to 20kg)
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems
- Attention to detail and commitment to store presentation standards
