Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance to shoppers
- Manage checkout operations and process payments accurately
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Assist in receiving and processing deliveries
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic mathematical abilities for handling transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina for standing and moving around the store
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
