Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service by answering inquiries and assisting with product selection.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash transactions and issuing receipts.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure a clean, neat, and inviting store appearance.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and inventory counts.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate them to the supervisor when necessary.
- Assist in promotional activities and visual merchandising displays to drive sales.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Retail Management, Sales, or related field is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic numeracy skills for accurate cash handling and billing.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
