Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to shoppers
- Manage product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store premises
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and arranging merchandise
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy

Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
