Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with product selection.
- Operate the POS system efficiently and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPM-V certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling experience.
- Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
