As a Shop Assistant, you are the face of our brand. Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and products are displayed according to merchandising standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment for all customers and staff.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide helpful information regarding current promotions.
- Perform routine inventory checks and assist with the unloading and verification of new stock deliveries.
- Monitor product expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, security procedures, and safety protocols.
- Execute general housekeeping duties to keep the store's interior and exterior presentable at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent educational background.
- Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience in a retail, F&B, or customer service role is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak English or other languages is an advantage.
- A positive, 'can-do' attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Physically fit and capable of handling physical tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting stock.
- Honest, trustworthy, and able to work harmoniously in a team environment.
- Basic numeracy skills for accurate cash handling and daily reporting.
