Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service, including product inquiries and checkout assistance
- Manage daily store operations, including stock replenishment and inventory monitoring
- Maintain clean and organized sales floor, displays, and checkout areas
- Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems
- Assist with promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising
- Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Adhere to company policies and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic numeracy and cash handling abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Proficiency in basic computer operations
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting (up to 10kg)
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
