You will manage the sales floor, assist with checkout operations, and ensure our products are displayed attractively and organized. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and offering friendly assistance.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, process transactions, and handle cash with responsibility.
- Monitor stock levels on the sales floor and replenish shelves to ensure products are always available.
- Organize merchandise neatly, ensuring proper labeling and visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and hygienic store environment at all times.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges professionally and courteously.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPM-V certificate or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
