Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers in locating products and provide information about merchandise
- Operate cash registers and POS systems to process customer transactions accurately
- Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively and in proper order
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including checkout areas
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to the store manager
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Assist with receiving and unloading deliveries from suppliers
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety and security
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist customers
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
