- Provide exceptional customer service through product recommendations, checkout assistance, and query resolution
- Operate point-of-sale systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Manage inventory by receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise according to company standards
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards throughout all operational hours
- Assist with promotional displays and seasonal campaign implementations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory discrepancies to supervisors
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and loss prevention protocols
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic mathematical aptitude for cash handling
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
