We are currently hiring a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team at our Plaza Kasturi (BPK) branch in Balakong, Selangor. In this engaging role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a pleasant and efficient shopping experience. You will assist customers in locating products, provide recommendations, and handle their transactions with a smile. Our ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and passionate about retail.
Beyond customer service, you will be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal of the store by ensuring shelves are fully stocked, organized, and clean. You will also assist in setting up attractive promotional displays and keeping the sales floor in pristine condition. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers warmly and professionally upon entering the store.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked, organized, and priced correctly at all times.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales and returns.
- Assist in setting up attractive promotional displays and merchandise arrangements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the sales floor.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product availability, hours, and store policies.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and reporting as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPMV qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate standard POS equipment.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift light merchandise.
- Reliable and honest with a strong work ethic.
