Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) operations, including processing cash, credit, and digital transactions accurately.
- Perform regular stock replenishment and ensure products are neatly displayed according to company standards.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization throughout the shift.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in periodic stock counts.
- Follow all company safety policies and operational procedures.
- Assist in the promotion of new products and marketing campaigns as directed by the store supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Possess a friendly personality with strong communication skills in Malay or English.
- Able to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and highly self-motivated.
- Capable of performing basic math calculations for cash handling.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle light stock lifting.
