KK Group of Companies is currently looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part Time Shop Assistants at our Bandar Putra Permai (BPP) branch located in Kajang. As a Shop Assistant, you will be the friendly face of our store. Your primary responsibilities will involve providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the overall presentation of the store, and supporting the daily operations team. You will gain practical skills in cash handling, merchandising, and inventory management.
What You'll Do:
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
- Efficiently operate the cash register and handle various payment methods including cash, credit card, and e-wallet transactions.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and displays are attractive and up to date with current promotions.
- Assist in receiving, checking, and rotating stock deliveries to ensure product freshness.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shopping environment for both customers and staff.
- Address customer inquiries about products, pricing, and ongoing promotions with a smile.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve daily sales targets and uphold operational standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash, card, and e-wallet transactions accurately.
- Stock shelves, arrange merchandise displays, and ensure price tags are clearly visible.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, aisles, and back-of-house storage areas.
- Assist in receiving incoming stock, verifying quantities against delivery orders, and rotating perishable goods.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product locations, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM level education or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage, but fresh applicants are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
- Customer-oriented with a positive, energetic, and proactive attitude.
- Able to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and handling light to moderate lifting (up to 10kg).
- Must be a Malaysian citizen or hold a valid work permit for Malaysia.
