Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Perform accurate and efficient point-of-sale (POS) transactions and handle various payment methods.
  • Restock merchandise, manage inventory levels, and ensure shelves are neatly organized.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store premises according to company standards.
  • Monitor product expiry dates and assist with regular stock counts.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks and store opening/closing procedures as instructed by the Store Manager.
  • Promote ongoing sales campaigns and loyalty programs to customers.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Possess a friendly, approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Must be honest, punctual, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
