Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Perform accurate and efficient point-of-sale (POS) transactions and handle various payment methods.
- Restock merchandise, manage inventory levels, and ensure shelves are neatly organized.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store premises according to company standards.
- Monitor product expiry dates and assist with regular stock counts.
- Handle basic administrative tasks and store opening/closing procedures as instructed by the Store Manager.
- Promote ongoing sales campaigns and loyalty programs to customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Possess a friendly, approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
- Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Must be honest, punctual, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
