Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Operate the cash register and process cash, card, and e-wallet transactions accurately.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked, facing products correctly, and maintaining proper visual merchandise display standards.
- Receive and check incoming stock deliveries, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store premises according to company standards.
- Assist in preventing shrinkage by monitoring inventory and reporting discrepancies to the store manager.
- Support the store team in achieving daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager to ensure efficient store operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or F&B is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and carry out stocking duties.
- Basic numeracy and computer skills for cash handling and inventory tasks.
- Must be a Malaysian citizen or hold a valid Malaysian work permit.
