Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance with their inquiries.
- Perform accurate and efficient point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
- Restock shelves, organize products, and maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock availability.
- Monitor product expiry dates and ensure adherence to quality control standards.
- Handle cash and digital payment transactions with high accuracy.
- Assist in promotional activities and store display setups.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all patrons.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Possess a friendly personality and excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shift rotations.
- Able to stand for extended periods during shift hours.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and arithmetic.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly self-motivated.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
