Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with inquiries.
- Perform accurate cashiering duties, including handling cash, credit cards, and e-wallets.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is neatly displayed and organized.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in restocking shelves during shifts.
- Conduct product inventory checks to ensure accuracy and freshness.
- Handle incoming shipments and prepare goods for shelf placement.
- Uphold store safety protocols and security standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Possess a friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude.
- Able to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic command of Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
- Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Strong integrity and reliability in handling daily transactions.
