Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and provide product information.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure shelves are adequately stocked and products are displayed attractively according to company standards.
- Perform regular housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
- Check product expiry dates and manage inventory levels to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Handle incoming deliveries and perform stock counts as required.
- Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns within the store.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; candidates with relevant retail experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in local dialects is an added advantage.
- Must be able to work on flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle store merchandise.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
