Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries and product locations in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process cash and card transactions.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure product shelves are well-organized and fully stocked.
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist in receiving new stock deliveries.
- Promote ongoing store promotions and loyalty programs to drive sales.
- Monitor store security and ensure compliance with company health and safety protocols.
- Assist in general store administrative tasks as required by the Store Supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in Malay, English, or Mandarin (knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage).
- Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Energetic, punctual, and possess a proactive work attitude.
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks like shelving and stocking.
- Previous experience in retail or the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia.
