Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases to ensure satisfaction
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and maintain attractive product displays
- Ensure store cleanliness, hygiene standards, and organized layout
- Process incoming deliveries and manage stock rotation (FIFO)
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues promptly
- Participate in store promotions and seasonal merchandising activities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Basic numeracy and cash handling skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting (up to 10kg)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
