We are currently looking for a motivated and friendly Shop Assistant to join the team at our KK SUPER MART branch in Petaling Jaya. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting with product inquiries and selections.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Assist in stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring products are well-merchandised and available.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe sales floor by organizing shopping carts, sweeping, and checking for safety hazards.
- Handle cash transactions with precision and ensure the register is balanced at the end of the shift.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in identifying stock shortages for replenishment.
- Answer phone inquiries and assist customers with carry-out services.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a minimum of SPM / O-Level education or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic computer literacy, specifically familiarity with POS systems.
- Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying products.
- Punctual, reliable, and possess a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
