Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries and locating items efficiently.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions, handle cash, and manage returns.
- Stock shelves and coolers with accuracy, ensuring products are well-organized, priced correctly, and attractively displayed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store aisles, fitting rooms, and checkout areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment to prevent stockouts.
- Greet customers warmly and build positive relationships to enhance the shopping experience.
- Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures.
Kualifikasi
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working well within a team environment.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking.
