KK Group of Companies, a leading retail operator, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Part-Time Shop Assistant at KK Super Mart Rampai Business Park (RBP) in Kuala Lumpur. As a Shop Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining store standards, and ensuring that our customers have a convenient and enjoyable shopping experience. This role is suitable for students, homemakers, or anyone looking for flexible part-time hours.
Your daily responsibilities will include operating the cash register, handling customer inquiries, replenishing stock, arranging product displays, and keeping the store clean and organized. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with their shopping needs and inquiries.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process cash, card, and e-wallet payments accurately.
- Replenish stock on shelves and maintain attractive product displays.
- Assist in receiving and checking incoming stock and update inventory records.
- Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
- Support the store team in achieving daily sales and operational goals.
- Follow company procedures for cash handling, returns, and exchanges.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Prior retail or cashier experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
- Detail-oriented with basic mathematical skills.
- Team player who can work independently when needed.
