As a Shop Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that our customers have a seamless shopping experience. Whether you are stocking shelves, assisting with payments, or maintaining the cleanliness of the store, your contribution will directly impact our daily operations. We offer a supportive working environment with opportunities to develop your customer service and retail management skills.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their shopping experience.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process cash and cashless transactions.
  • Maintain store presentation by restocking shelves, rotating inventory, and ensuring product displays are tidy.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock checks and deliveries.
  • Ensure the store premises, including aisles and counters, are clean, organized, and hygienic.
  • Handle customer inquiries, product requests, and feedback with professionalism.
  • Adhere to all safety, security, and company operational policies at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Possess at least a SPM certification or equivalent.
  • Candidates with prior experience in retail, F&B, or customer service are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
  • Strong communication skills in Malay and English are highly preferred.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and handle light inventory lifting.
  • Friendly, proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
