Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the checkout counter and throughout the sales floor.
- Assist customers in locating products and providing accurate product information and recommendations.
- Ensure the sales floor, shelves, and display areas are well-stocked, organized, and clean at all times.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and maintain a tidy cash drawer.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform daily stock checks to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe, welcoming, and secure shopping environment.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding loss prevention, store safety, and operational standards.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a secondary school education (SPM/Malaysian Certificate) or equivalent.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both verbal and written).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic computer literacy and a high level of attention to detail.
