In this role, you will be the face of our store, interacting with a diverse range of customers daily. Your responsibilities will go beyond simple stocking; you will be the bridge between our products and our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and a smile. We offer a flexible schedule that fits around your studies or other commitments, making it an ideal opportunity for students or those seeking supplementary income.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the checkout counter and throughout the sales floor.
  • Assist customers in locating products and providing accurate product information and recommendations.
  • Ensure the sales floor, shelves, and display areas are well-stocked, organized, and clean at all times.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and maintain a tidy cash drawer.
  • Monitor inventory levels and perform daily stock checks to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe, welcoming, and secure shopping environment.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures regarding loss prevention, store safety, and operational standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Possess at least a secondary school education (SPM/Malaysian Certificate) or equivalent.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both verbal and written).
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must be available to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and a high level of attention to detail.
