Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming shopping experience, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process cash, credit card, and other transactions.
- Assist in stocking shelves, organizing products, and maintaining a clean, tidy, and visually appealing store layout.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishing stock to ensure product availability for customers.
- Handle cash handling duties with strict adherence to company policies and reconciliation procedures.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and promotional events.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic mathematical skills are essential for handling cash transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- A valid MyKad or relevant identification is required.
