Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming shopping experience, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process cash, credit card, and other transactions.
  • Assist in stocking shelves, organizing products, and maintaining a clean, tidy, and visually appealing store layout.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishing stock to ensure product availability for customers.
  • Handle cash handling duties with strict adherence to company policies and reconciliation procedures.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the store team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and promotional events.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Basic mathematical skills are essential for handling cash transactions.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A valid MyKad or relevant identification is required.
