You will handle daily store operations, maintain inventory excellence, and ensure our premises are welcoming and well-stocked. Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process cash and electronic transactions.
  • Restock store shelves promptly and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Perform daily store housekeeping to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  • Monitor product expiry dates and manage stock rotation (FIFO method).
  • Assist in the receiving and unloading of new store deliveries.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints effectively.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
  • Fresh graduates and students are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Malay and English.
  • Must be willing to work on flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Possess a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Customer-oriented with a friendly and approachable personality.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to retail operations.
