Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure high satisfaction.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process cash and electronic transactions.
- Restock store shelves promptly and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Perform daily store housekeeping to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Monitor product expiry dates and manage stock rotation (FIFO method).
- Assist in the receiving and unloading of new store deliveries.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Fresh graduates and students are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Malay and English.
- Must be willing to work on flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to retail operations.
