Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure excellent service.
  • Perform accurate and efficient point-of-sale (POS) operations and cash handling.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Restock shelves and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
  • Monitor product expiry dates and assist with regular stock counts.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and general store requests.
  • Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and operational guidelines.

Kualifikasi

  • Open to all candidates (SPM holders and above are encouraged to apply).
  • Possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory reporting.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting duties.
  • Prior experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not required.
