Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure excellent service.
- Perform accurate and efficient point-of-sale (POS) operations and cash handling.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Restock shelves and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Monitor product expiry dates and assist with regular stock counts.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and general store requests.
- Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and operational guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Open to all candidates (SPM holders and above are encouraged to apply).
- Possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory reporting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting duties.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not required.
