Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process customer transactions, including cash and digital payments.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure shelves are neatly stocked and correctly priced at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishing stock from the backroom to the sales floor.
- Handle product promotions and campaigns according to company guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and security procedures within the store.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a positive attitude, high level of integrity, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Physically fit to handle store operations, including lifting inventory and standing for extended periods.
- Basic proficiency in Malay and English; ability to communicate in other local dialects is an added advantage.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working effectively with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required as training will be provided.
