Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with product inquiries.
- Perform accurate and efficient point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure shelves are well-organized and fully stocked.
- Assist with receiving and verifying incoming inventory shipments.
- Monitor product expiry dates and manage stock rotation according to company standards.
- Support promotional activities and update store displays as required.
- Maintain a secure store environment and adhere to all safety and operational protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations for cash handling.
- Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy stock items.
