Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting them with product inquiries.
- Perform accurate and efficient point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure product displays are well-organized and fully stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock counts and replenishment.
- Handle incoming deliveries and ensure goods are correctly shelved.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and store policies.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe shopping environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in English or other local languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic numerical skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- A friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor.
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks such as stocking shelves.
