Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting them with product inquiries.
  • Perform accurate and efficient point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and ensure product displays are well-organized and fully stocked.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock counts and replenishment.
  • Handle incoming deliveries and ensure goods are correctly shelved.
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and store policies.
  • Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe shopping environment.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in English or other local languages is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic numerical skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
  • A friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor.
  • Able to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks such as stocking shelves.
