Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with product inquiries.
- Perform accurate and efficient point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
- Manage inventory by restocking shelves and maintaining organized displays.
- Ensure the store environment remains clean, tidy, and compliant with safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to the store manager.
- Handle cash and digital payment procedures with high integrity.
- Assist in promotional activities and product launches within the store.
Kualifikasi
- Open to candidates with SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, F&B, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a friendly personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Malay and English is highly advantageous.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light manual labor.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
