What You Will Do:
We are looking for someone who is reliable, energetic, and eager to learn. Your daily tasks will involve assisting customers, managing the sales floor, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized.
Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or answering their queries.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process cash, credit, or e-payment transactions accurately.
- Restock shelves and displays neatly to ensure the store looks inviting and organized at all times.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, including checking expiration dates on products and organizing the sales floor.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints in a professional and polite manner.
- Assist with promotional activities and marketing campaigns within the store.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to the store manager.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Malaysian Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a positive attitude towards teamwork.
