Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers in finding products and provide detailed information about merchandise to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments efficiently.
- Maintain the store's cleanliness and organization, including shelves, aisles, and fitting rooms, to uphold a professional image.
- Restock shelves and display products neatly, ensuring that promotional items are highlighted effectively.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure the cash register balances at the end of the shift.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any stock discrepancies, damages, or missing items to the manager immediately.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and ensuring promotional materials are displayed correctly.
Kualifikasi
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to work legally in Malaysia.
- Previous experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise (up to 10kg).
- Able to work as part of a team and follow store policies and procedures.
