We are currently looking for a motivated and friendly Shop Assistant to join our team at the KK Super Mart Taman Equine (TEQ) branch, conveniently located in the Kajang/Bangi/Serdang area. This is a part-time position offering flexibility in scheduling, making it perfect for those pursuing studies or managing other commitments.
As a Shop Assistant, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service. You will greet customers as they enter, assist them in locating products, handle cash transactions at the POS system, and ensure the store is well-stocked and organized. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in maintaining store cleanliness, processing incoming stock, conducting price checks, and supporting and executing marketing promotions. Your contributions will directly impact store efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Although prior retail experience is beneficial, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates enthusiasm and reliability. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers
- Process customer purchases at cash register accurately
- Stock and replenish merchandise on shelves and displays
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization at all times
- Assist in receiving and checking incoming stock shipments
- Monitor and report expired or damaged products
- Promote and upsell store products and loyalty programs
- Assist other team members with operational tasks as required
Kualifikasi
- Minimum age 18 years old
- SPM or equivalent qualification
- Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Ability to work on rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Honest, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
- Physically fit to handle stock and stand for long periods
