Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and assist customers with inquiries to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process payments and handle various transactions.
  • Restock store shelves regularly to maintain product availability and visual merchandising standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock receiving and product labeling.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards across all aisles and checkout areas.
  • Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by the store supervisor.
  • Support promotional activities and ensure product displays are updated according to corporate guidelines.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Possess a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Strong basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or stocking items.
  • Reliable, punctual, and highly organized with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Prior experience in retail or customer service is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
