Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times.
  • Handle POS terminal transactions, including cash, card, and e-wallet payments accurately.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and maintain an organized sales floor.
  • Manage inventory replenishment, stock checks, and product displays.
  • Monitor product expiry dates and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and store promotions.
  • Perform daily opening and closing store procedures as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
  • Fresh graduates or individuals with prior retail experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Possess a positive attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Physically fit to handle stock replenishment and store maintenance duties.
  • Basic command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
