Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times.
- Handle POS terminal transactions, including cash, card, and e-wallet payments accurately.
- Ensure store cleanliness and maintain an organized sales floor.
- Manage inventory replenishment, stock checks, and product displays.
- Monitor product expiry dates and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and store promotions.
- Perform daily opening and closing store procedures as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Fresh graduates or individuals with prior retail experience are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a positive attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Physically fit to handle stock replenishment and store maintenance duties.
- Basic command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
