Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist with daily store operations, including stocking shelves, rotating inventory, and ensuring product availability.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handle cash transactions, and balance the register at the end of the shift.
  • Monitor product quality and freshness, and promptly remove any expired or damaged items from shelves.
  • Keep the sales floor and checkout areas clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about products and services.
  • Assist in receiving deliveries and unpacking stock in an organized manner.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of SPM/SPM-V or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not strictly required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn POS systems quickly.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying merchandise.
  • Must be detail-oriented and responsible with handling cash.
