In this role, you will be responsible for various aspects of store operations, from assisting customers at the checkout to maintaining product displays and managing inventory. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with daily store operations, including stocking shelves, rotating inventory, and ensuring product availability.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handle cash transactions, and balance the register at the end of the shift.
- Monitor product quality and freshness, and promptly remove any expired or damaged items from shelves.
- Keep the sales floor and checkout areas clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about products and services.
- Assist in receiving deliveries and unpacking stock in an organized manner.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM/SPM-V or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn POS systems quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying merchandise.
- Must be detail-oriented and responsible with handling cash.
