KK SUPER MART, one of Malaysia's leading convenience store chains, is seeking a motivated Part-Time Shop Assistant to join our team at the Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) location. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience while keeping our outlet organized and well-stocked.

This position is ideal for students, individuals seeking supplementary income, or those looking to gain hands-on retail experience in a high-traffic transit hub. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting patrons and assisting with product inquiries.
  • Perform cashiering duties accurately using the POS system and handle various payment methods.
  • Manage inventory by restocking shelves, rotating stock (FIFO method), and checking for expired goods.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store layout, including aisles, displays, and storage areas.
  • Monitor and prevent shoplifting by maintaining store vigilance.
  • Assist in unloading delivery trucks and conducting periodic stock takes.
  • Report any maintenance or facility issues to the Store Supervisor promptly.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates and students are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Possess a friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
  • Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
  • Physically fit and comfortable standing for long periods.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Prior experience in retail or the convenience store industry is an added advantage.
