Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting patrons and assisting with product inquiries.
- Perform cashiering duties accurately using the POS system and handle various payment methods.
- Manage inventory by restocking shelves, rotating stock (FIFO method), and checking for expired goods.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store layout, including aisles, displays, and storage areas.
- Monitor and prevent shoplifting by maintaining store vigilance.
- Assist in unloading delivery trucks and conducting periodic stock takes.
- Report any maintenance or facility issues to the Store Supervisor promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates and students are encouraged to apply.
- Must be willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
- Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
- Physically fit and comfortable standing for long periods.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
- Prior experience in retail or the convenience store industry is an added advantage.
