Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting shoppers with product inquiries and recommendations
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately process customer transactions
- Stock shelves and display products in an attractive and organized manner
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the store, including checkout areas
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to ensure product freshness
- Monitor store security and report any suspicious activities or safety concerns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent educational background
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn point-of-sale systems quickly
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks like lifting and stocking
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and inventory
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
- Previous retail or customer service experience is considered an advantage
