Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and product locations in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Efficiently process sales transactions at the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Ensure store shelves are fully stocked, organized, and properly priced according to company standards.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store premises, including aisles, check-out counters, and storage areas.
  • Perform inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment processes.
  • Handle cash and digital payment transactions accurately and securely.

Kualifikasi

  • Open to candidates with or without prior retail experience; training will be provided.
  • Possess a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts on weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic proficiency in reading and writing in Malay and/or English.
  • Physically fit to perform tasks such as stocking shelves and moving inventory.
