Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and product locations in a friendly and professional manner.
- Efficiently process sales transactions at the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure store shelves are fully stocked, organized, and properly priced according to company standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store premises, including aisles, check-out counters, and storage areas.
- Perform inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment processes.
- Handle cash and digital payment transactions accurately and securely.
- Support promotional activities and seasonal campaigns within the store.
- Adhere strictly to all company health, safety, and operational policies.
Kualifikasi
- Open to candidates with or without prior retail experience; training will be provided.
- Possess a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts on weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in reading and writing in Malay and/or English.
- Physically fit to perform tasks such as stocking shelves and moving inventory.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate high levels of integrity.
- Minimum education level of SPM or equivalent.
