Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and location within the store.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions, including cash management and digital payments accurately.
- Maintain store inventory, perform regular stock checks, and restock shelves as needed.
- Ensure the store environment remains clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
- Monitor product expiry dates and ensure quality control standards are met.
- Handle incoming deliveries and organize stockroom areas efficiently.
- Uphold security protocols to minimize stock loss and ensure a safe shopping environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Possess a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a friendly demeanor.
- Good communication skills in Malay and/or English.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle light physical lifting duties.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
