This is a specialized role focusing on the retail and distribution of high-quality spare parts for JCB and Case backhoe loaders.
As a key member of our counter sales team, you will bridge the gap between technical requirements and customer needs. We are looking for an individual who understands the urgency of the construction and earthmoving industry, ensuring that our clients get the right parts at the right time to minimize downtime. You will be responsible for managing the parts counter, identifying specific components from technical manuals, and maintaining an organized inventory system. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the daily operations of the parts counter, providing technical assistance to walk-in and phone-in customers.
- Accurately identify and source spare parts specifically for JCB and Case backhoe loaders using technical catalogs.
- Process customer orders, prepare invoices, and handle cash/credit transactions efficiently.
- Maintain and update inventory records to ensure stock levels are accurate and replenished timely.
- Liaise with suppliers and the warehouse team to coordinate the delivery of incoming parts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, workshop owners, and machinery operators.
- Ensure the parts display area and showroom are organized, clean, and professional at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a spare parts retail environment, specifically within the heavy machinery sector.
- In-depth hands-on knowledge of JCB and Case backhoe loader components and technical specifications.
- Ability to read and interpret technical parts manuals and exploded-view diagrams.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach to sales and problem-solving.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, or a related field.
- Fluency in local languages; English proficiency is a significant advantage.
