In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers and representing our brand with excellence.
As a Shop Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will assist shoppers by providing detailed product information, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring they understand current prices and exclusive promotions. We are looking for a friendly and professional individual who can maintain a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently.

- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide superior customer service throughout their visit.
- Assist customers in navigating the store and finding specific products or items of interest.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and recommend suitable alternatives based on customer needs.
- Explain pricing structures, current promotions, and loyalty programs to customers.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with the team to restock inventory and maintain stock levels.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse clientele.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise.
