Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily retail operations and ensure smooth functioning of the shop
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers
- Train, supervise, and motivate retail team members
- Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail coordination or supervision
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques
- Proficiency in using retail software and inventory systems
