About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will be the linchpin of our retail operations. You will mentor a dedicated team of sales associates, manage daily store activities, ensure exceptional visual merchandising standards, and drive key performance indicators. Your focus will be on maximizing sales, controlling inventory, and cultivating a positive, high-energy store environment. You will also analyze sales data to provide actionable insights to management, ensuring the store consistently meets its targets.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure an exceptional customer journey, resolving inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with the supply chain for optimal product availability.
- Implement and maintain high standards of visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
- Analyze sales performance data and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, banking, and Point-of-Sale (POS) system operations to ensure accuracy and security.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a retail supervisory or coordinator role, ideally within the health, wellness, or consumer products industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales KPIs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable using POS systems.
- Willingness to work in Tawau, Sabah, including retail hours on weekends and public holidays.
- Customer-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
