As a Shop Coordinator, your primary mission is to ensure the smooth running of our retail store. You will lead and inspire a team of retail associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Your responsibilities will encompass monitoring sales metrics, strategizing to meet targets, managing inventory levels, and maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and memorable. Your ability to analyze sales data, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement will be key to your success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing retail team to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
- Drive daily sales operations and implement effective strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently maintained to build a loyal customer base.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering, receiving, and conducting regular stock audits.
- Coordinate staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to ensure optimal team efficiency.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an attractive and inviting shopping environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and analysis to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in a retail supervisory or coordinator role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and retail POS systems.
- Passionate about health, wellness, and therapeutic products.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays when necessary.
