Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize shop floor applications/systems to ensure peak operational efficiency
- Deploy and maintain standard shop floor software solutions across production facilities
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Provide Tier-2 technical support for manufacturing systems and resolve user issues
- Develop performance metrics and KPI dashboards for operational visibility
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate new technologies with existing workflows
- Document system configurations and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with MES/ERP systems in manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI)
- Strong problem-solving skills with root cause analysis experience
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with system deployment and change management processes
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred
